  • The selection process is articulated in different steps, consisting in individual interviews either with the HR function or with technical function of destination. The interviews are moments of mutual acquaintance: for the firm to assess knowledge, technical and managerial competencies of the candidate (in particular teamworking, initiative, motivation of learning?), his professional expectations, his values; for the candidate to understand mission and values, professional contest, growth opportunity and expectations of the firm. 
  • The newly hired at Galileo Avionica enters a two years' growth path, consisting in a coherent and personalized course including:
    deeper knowledge of the firm and of its processes, individual development plan of technical and managerial competencies, training activities (classroom, on the job and in e-learning), retribution and career rewards.
  • The training programmes are available for every professional role an level, during different phases of their working presence in the company. Personalized training courses are developed to enhance individual competencies and potentiality, according to professional and business objectives.
  • Career opportunities are available both in the technical and managerial area.
