The Machined Components Centre can supply total manufacturing solutions as well as single piece parts. There is an extensive range of capabilities encompassing small to medium batch sizes.

The Machined Components Centre's experienced Manufacturing Engineering.pdf (129 KB) team have access to multiple seats of Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire 3D advanced machine programming package. The need for shop floor proving is reduced using VERICUT software to simulate machining, as well as optimizing cycle times.

The health and safety of our staff is of paramount importance. Our on-site occupational health advisor carries out regular health surveillance, including eye tests for safety glasses, lung function tests and skin audits.
