Dynamic Testing

We have a range of facilities that enables us to perform a series of shock and vibration tests. Many of the facilities are combined with climatic chambers enabling dynamic testing at extreme temperatures to be undertaken.
Multi-channel control and monitoring systems enable tests to be fully instrumented and the behaviour of the item under test fully documented.

Key features:

  • Flexible service 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
  • More than ten electromagnetic vibration systems
  • Shock machine
  • Sinusoidal, random , mixed mode (sine on random and random on random), classical shock, bump, drop, complex transient and Shock Response Spectrum (SRS) tests
  • Combined temperature and dynamic tests
  • Design and manufacture of test fixtures
  • Multi-channel monitoring
  • Operating Deflection Shape and Experimental Modal Analysis Capability
  • Large store of varied lifting and crane equipment
  • Ability to meet customer requirements with minimum disruption to the customer.
Large mass jobs in excess of 900 kg can be catered for with our experienced workforce trained in formal handling requirements.
Project definition, design, development and qualification test programmes can be supported by the facility. We also offer a consultancy service and can provide dynamic test plans tailor-made to the individual customer requirements.
