Climatic Testing

We have more than 20 chambers that have the ability to simulate most climatic conditions. These chambers cover the extremes of temperature, altitude, humidity, temperature cycling, solar heating and corrosive atmospheres. All chambers are continuously monitored by our central SCADA computer-controlled data collection system.

Key features:
  • Temperature, altitude and humidity facilities
  • Thermal vibration facilities
  • Thermal vacuum chamber for space simulation testing
  • Management of various types of test programmes - e.g. Reliability Growth Programmes (RGP), Reliability Development testing (RDT), Environmental Stress Screen (ESS), Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)
  • Flexible service 12 hours a day, seven days a week.
We provide assistance with interpretation of specifications and design of appropriate test programmes. We can also design and build special-to-type test facilities to undertake some of the more unusual or more intense types of testing.
