A      You are welcome to indicate on the application form your interest in more than one discipline or role.

A      We recruit from September through to June, but it is recommended that you apply to us by end of December.

A      You are welcome to apply, but it is advisable to consider if the development schemes offer the relevant skills and career development you want. You may also like to explore other career opportunities within SELEX Galileo. A member of our Recruitment team is always happy to talk through any questions or concerns you may have.

A      If your application is successful you will be invited to complete further assessment stages.

A      Graduates usually commence employment at the end of August, beginning of September, although there is sometimes the opportunity/ requirement to commence earlier, but this is mutually agreed on a case by case basis.

A      You will be assigned a 'Buddy' who is someone already working within the organisation (usually a graduate themselves). They will be able to help you as you prepare to join us. Our website also provides a useful factual introduction to the Company and is constantly updated with regards to our business achievements and products.
